    "message": "A changelog and a contributing guide, now that there is something to upgrade from\n\nBoth siblings have them and fathom had neither, which only started mattering\ntoday: the repository is public and 0.0.1 is installable from two registries.\n\ngod's opening line is the rule worth taking - 'what changed, for someone deciding\nwhether to upgrade, and every entry is something a person can see'. So the\nchangelog does not list defect numbers. Defect 41 appears as a table that could\nnot be named and now is; defect 36 as where naming three paths instead of three\nthousand. An internal repair that changes no output is not in it, because nobody\nupgrading cares.\n\nIt also states, once, why 0.0.x is deliberate: every release in that series reads\nas breaking to every resolver, and saying otherwise with 0.1.0 would be a promise\nabout stability the seven words have not earned.\n\nCONTRIBUTING carries the rules most likely to be broken by accident, each with\nthe reason it exists. The oracle is frozen and the core is DEFINED as agreeing\nwith it. A binding may not parse JSON, because base R cannot represent JSON's\nnumber range and a parser in each wrapper would make the two languages disagree\nabout the value the health verb exists to warn about. bindings.py is slow on\npurpose and found a 370x defect nothing faster would have.\n\nAnd the section I think earns its place most: what each of the six scorers is\nBLIND to, because the blindness is the reason there are six. candidates.py\nresolves the labels the menu prints, so a label the menu fails to print is\ninvisible to it - which happened twice, and both times an instrument found it\nrather than a scorer.\n\nThe allowlist had to name both files or they would be invisible. That is the\ndesign working, and it is the third time this session it has behaved exactly as\nits own comment says it will.\n",
