    "message": "0.2.2: four declarations, the changelog closed, and NEWS written by selection\n\nThe four move together or not at all, and `Cargo.lock` moves with them because\nit records `god-cli`'s own version. The release workflow's version job was run\nlocally against all four before any of this was committed: it agrees, and PyPI\nhas 0.1.0, 0.2.0 and 0.2.1 but not this one.\n\n`CHANGELOG.md`'s `## Unreleased` becomes `## 0.2.2`, holding twenty-three\nentries. `NEWS.md` takes eleven of them, chosen by asking of each whether a\nperson using god or reading the manual could tell. What it leaves out is the\nchangelog policy change, a package sticker, and a handful of guards and\nharnesses that make the engine trustworthy without changing a single sentence\nanyone can type.\n\nWhat it leads with is the one breaking change. `to_whole` is gone, and a\npipeline using it stops rather than quietly rounding the other way.\n\nEvery example in the new section was run against the engine before it was\nwritten down, twelve of them, and `news(package = \"god\")` parses the file into\nthirteen entries across three versions and prints.\n",
